The holiday house is large (about 100 square meters) and very welcoming.

One of the two bedrooms has a large wardrobe with sliding doors, the other has an independent bathroom.

The two bathrooms are covered in original Bisazza mosaic (Murano) and are equipped with hair-dryer, towel warmer, liquid soap, carpets, towels, etc ...

Each room and each room has independent heating and air conditioning.

The apartment is in a convenient area to access all the most famous attractions of Venice (from Piazza San Marco, with its marvelous Basilica, to the modern art exhibition of the Biennale).

The apartment is just 5 minutes from San Marco, 1 minute from Santa Maria Formosa, 7 minutes from Rialto and much more.

Very important: it is in the center of Venice, but it is absolutely in a quiet and peaceful area.

In the immediate vicinity we also find: a self-service laundry (H 24), a baker's, a greengrocer's, ice-cream shop , various shops and venetian cicchetterie.

At only 150 meters there is the main station of the Vaporetti di San Zaccaria - San Marco. It is the most important crossroads because from there, all the Vaporetti arrive and depart for every direction, including for the airport.
